Substitute Trustee Services
Louis has been serving as substitute trustee on foreclosure actions throughout central North Carolina for more than 20 years. Louis conservatively estimates that he has served as substitute trustee on more than 400 matters. Over the years he has served as trustee for most of the major banks doing business in North Carolina, individuals and investors who have purchased secured debt on the secondary market and private lenders.
He has handled all sizes for foreclosures, including one in which the secured debt was more than $80,000,000. From residential subdivisions, condominium complexes, office buildings, shopping malls, auto dealerships, even a golf course, over the years Louis has handled practically every type of foreclosure imaginable. As a result, Louis has extensive experience with all aspects of the foreclosure process. He has appeared before most clerk of courts in central North Carolina, including Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Lee, Alamance, Granville, Person, Franklin, Nash, Wayne, Johnston, Harnett and Cumberland County. Given Louis’ volume of work in this area, he has put in place procedures that allow him to delegate most of the process to paralegals. As a result, he can deliver trustee services on a cost efficient basis, thereby benefiting both the lender and the borrower, who is ultimately responsible for the cost of the foreclosure action.
If you are a creditor or even another law firm representing a creditor in need of foreclosing the creditor’s security interest, please give Louis a call to see if he can serve as substitute trustee on your foreclosure. He promises to work diligently to bring the action to a conclusion as soon as reasonably practical as permitted under the law. He will to the extent practical staff the matter with paralegals in order to minimize the cost. Louis believes that his vast experience in this area as well as his ability to deliver the necessary services at a reasonable cost will make him the right choice for substitute trustee in your foreclosure action.
